Running Diary (4) - 10 days to go!!!!!
Went out this morning (7am!!!) I have been doing most of my training in the evening so running first thing is a bit strange. The race itself is in the morning and so I thought it would make sense to allow my body to adjust to this. I ran 6 miles in 50 minutes which is about right and therefore I would hope to complete the 13 miles in around 2-2:15 mins. I do not know what the course is like so my time will probably be slowing than in training.
