Went out this morning and it was the first major frost of the year, very cold!!
The run did not feel great from the outset (not sure if it was the weather or not).
I ran 4.5 miles in 45 mins which is back to the 10 min/mile pace. This is really the slowest pace that I would be happy with at the moment. As it would still be over the 2hr for the half marathon (2hr 11min..to be precise).
