Back on the streets!
Went out for my first run since December 14th (nearly 5 months ago!!) Managed to cover 1.5 miles, I have no idea of how long it took I was just content in completing it without collapsing. My how times have changed. The run that I did on the 14th of December was 6 miles.
I do not feel too bad and hope that it will not take long to get back to my previous level of fitness and slimness!!!
I still have an eye on the Stroud half again this year which is not until the end of October so I have plenty of time.
I have misplaced the schedule that I was using, but this is not a problem as I am so experienced in this marathon thing that I will make it up as I go along.
