B'twixt Christmas and New Year

There have been no entries recently because I could not be arsed!
I have not been running due to one thing and another and the whole Christmas thing tends to take over your whole life. I hope to start running again in the new year and will continue to keep you ALL updated on my progress as I know from all of your emails that you are following my progress.

It has been a couple of weeks since my last diary entry, although I have been out at least twice since then I have just not updated the site. I have been feeling a bit 'urgh' recently and so have not been out running much. Went out this am though and ran for 6 miles. Not sure of the time as I was just intent on doing the milage.
